At the biggest automotive exhibition in Europe, the biannual Internationale Automobil-Ausstellung (IAA)

Tesla made a rare visit to unveil the Project Highland version of the updated Model 3. 

 Even though there were rumors that Tesla did not spend much money on its exhibit booth

 consumers were nonetheless drawn to the upgraded Model 3 because of the improvements.

At the IAA in Munich in September, Electrek reviewers got a firsthand peek at the updated Tesla Model Highland. 

They didn't spend much time with the vehicle, but they enjoyed the aggressively redesigned front fascia 

 With an estimated 24 liters (0.85 cubic feet) additional cargo capacity than the previous Model 3
